- The applicable daily exchange rate obtained from oanda.com;

- The exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor.
Some payment providers may charge additional foreign-exchange or conversion fees.
Such charges may be deducted from the amount deposited.

Fees or charges may apply to deposits or withdrawals as described on the Website.
In most cases, we cover transaction fees associated with deposits made to your goldenroo-casinos.com Account.
You remain responsible for any fees charged by your own bank or financial institution.
7.3.
The Company is not a financial institution.
Credit and debit card transactions are processed through third-party electronic payment processors and not directly by the Company.

If authorization is refused, the funds will not be credited to your Account.
7.4.
You agree to pay all amounts and charges properly due to the Company or relevant payment providers in connection with your use of the Service.
You must not initiate chargebacks or otherwise cancel, reverse, repudiate, or attempt to reverse deposits properly made to your Account.
If a deposit is charged back or reversed, you agree to reimburse the Company for the unpaid amount together with reasonable costs incurred in recovering it.

If you deposit using a credit card, we recommend retaining copies of your transaction records and these Terms.
7.8.

Where online gambling is illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located, you are not authorized to use a payment card to make deposits through the Website.
You are responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
8. Withdrawal of Funds
8.1.
You may request withdrawal of cleared and unused funds held in your player Account in accordance with the applicable withdrawal conditions.
The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is €10, or the equivalent amount in another supported currency.
The minimum does not apply when the Account is being closed, in which case the full remaining balance may be withdrawn.
8.2.
No withdrawal commission applies if the deposit has been wagered at least once.
If the deposit has not been wagered at least once, we may deduct a fee of 8%, subject to a minimum charge of €4 or the equivalent in the Account currency, as an anti-money laundering measure.

At our discretion, we may permit a withdrawal to a different payment method.
Any such withdrawal may be subject to additional verification and security checks.
8.5.
If you wish to withdraw money but your Account is inaccessible, dormant, locked, suspended, or closed, contact our Customer Service Department at [email protected].
8.6.
Where your Account balance is at least ten times greater than your total deposits, the maximum withdrawal amount will be limited to €5,000 per month, or the equivalent in another currency.
In other circumstances, the maximum monthly withdrawal amount is €10,000.
8.7.
We cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds where you have breached the Restricted Use provisions described in Clauses 3.3 and 4.
9. Payment Transactions and Processors
9.1.
You are responsible for paying all amounts properly owed to the Company.
Payments must be made in good faith.
You must not attempt to reverse a valid payment or take any action intended to cause a payment to be reversed by a third party in order to avoid a legitimate financial obligation.
You agree to reimburse us for any chargeback, payment denial, reversal, or resulting loss.
We may also impose an administrative charge of €50, or the equivalent amount in another currency, for each chargeback, denial, or payment reversal.
9.2.
We may use third-party electronic payment processors, acquiring banks, merchant banks, or other payment providers.
You agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of those providers where such terms have been made available to you and do not conflict with these Terms.
9.3.
Transactions carried out through the Website may be reviewed for the purposes of detecting and preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant competent authorities.
10. Errors
10.1.
If a system, software, payment, communication, technical, or operational error occurs, affected bets may be declared void.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of an error affecting the Service.
Where communications failures, software defects, viruses, system errors, or other technical problems result in payments or other benefits being incorrectly provided, the Company will not be liable to you or any third party for resulting direct or indirect losses, costs, expenses, or claims to the extent permitted by law.
We may void affected games or bets and take other reasonable steps necessary to correct the error.
10.2.
We make reasonable efforts to publish betting lines accurately.
However, where a wager is accepted at odds that are:
- Materially different from the general market price available when the wager was placed; or
- Clearly incorrect in light of the actual probability of the event at that time;
we may cancel or void the affected wager.
We may also cancel or void a wager accepted after an event has already started where acceptance resulted from an error.
10.3.
We may recover amounts that have been incorrectly overpaid and make adjustments to your Account to correct errors.
Examples include incorrect prices or incorrect event results.
If your Account does not contain sufficient funds to recover the incorrectly paid amount, we may require you to repay the outstanding balance.
We may also cancel, reduce, or remove pending wagers placed using money resulting from an error.
11. Rules of Play, Refunds and Cancellations
11.1.
The winner of an event will be determined according to the result applicable on the settlement date.
Subsequent protests or overturned decisions will not normally affect settlement for wagering purposes.
11.2.
Published results become final after 72 hours.
After that period, no queries regarding the result will be considered.
During the 72-hour period, a result may be corrected only where an error resulted from:
- Human error;
- System error; or
- An error in the reference results source.
11.3.
If the official governing body overturns the result of a match within the applicable payout period, all affected stakes will be refunded.
11.4.
Where a draw occurs in a market in which “draw” was available as a betting selection, bets placed solely on either team to win or lose will be settled as losing bets.
Where a draw option was not offered, stakes may be refunded if the match ends in a draw.
Where no draw option was available and extra time is played, extra time will count where applicable.
11.5.
If we are unable to verify an event result, for example because the event data feed is interrupted and no alternative reliable source is available, we may declare the affected wagers invalid and refund the stakes.
11.6.
Minimum and maximum wager amounts are determined by the Company.
Those limits may change without prior notice.
We may also apply or adjust individual betting limits for particular Accounts.
11.7.
Customers are solely responsible for transactions carried out through their Accounts.
Once a transaction has been completed, it cannot normally be changed.
We do not accept liability for missing or duplicated wagers placed by a Customer.
Customers should review their transaction history through the Account area after each session to confirm that requested bets were correctly accepted.
11.8.
A matchup will remain valid as long as the two participating teams are correctly identified, regardless of the league heading under which the event appears on the Website.
11.9.
Displayed start dates and start times for eSports matches are provided for information only and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
If a match is suspended or postponed and is not resumed within 72 hours after its originally scheduled start time, the match will generally be considered void and affected wagers refunded.
This does not apply to wagers relating to whether a team or player advances in a tournament or wins the tournament, which may remain valid despite suspension or postponement.
11.10.
If an event is displayed on the Website with an incorrect date, settlement will be based on the official date established by the governing body.
11.11.
Where a team chooses to use substitute or stand-in players, the final result remains valid.
11.12.
The Company may remove events, betting markets, games, products, or other content from the Website at any time.
11.13.
More detailed sports wagering rules may be provided separately on the SPORTS BETTING RULES page.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by submitting a request to Customer Support.
