KYC Policy

Last updated: 21.09.2026

The Company follows established “Know Your Customer” (“KYC”) principles and procedures designed to identify customers, conduct appropriate due diligence, and help prevent money laundering, fraud, financial crime, and other unlawful activities.

The Company may request, at any time, any documents or information it reasonably considers necessary to verify the identity, age, residence, or location of a user of goldenroo-casinos.com. Until the required verification has been completed to the Company’s satisfaction, we reserve the right to restrict access to certain services, deposits, payments, withdrawals, or other account functions, where permitted under the applicable legal and regulatory framework.

We apply a risk-based approach to customer verification and carry out appropriate due diligence checks together with ongoing monitoring of customers and transactions. Depending on the level of risk, type and value of the transaction, and the customer’s individual circumstances, the following levels of due diligence may be applied:

SDD — Simplified Due Diligence
Simplified Due Diligence may be applied in cases involving transactions or customers considered to present an exceptionally low level of risk and where the applicable verification thresholds have not been reached.

CDD — Customer Due Diligence
Customer Due Diligence is the standard verification procedure used in most cases to confirm a customer’s identity and other relevant information.

EDD — Enhanced Due Diligence
Enhanced Due Diligence may be required for customers presenting a higher level of risk, for significant transactions, or in other circumstances where additional verification is considered necessary.

In addition to the requirements described above, completion of the full KYC procedure is mandatory where a user’s total lifetime deposits exceed EUR 5,000, where the user requests a withdrawal of any amount through goldenroo-casinos.com, or where the user attempts to perform or completes a transaction that is identified as suspicious.

As part of the verification procedure, the user may be required to provide certain personal information and upload the following documents:

  1. A copy of a valid government-issued photographic identification document. Depending on the type of document, copies of both the front and back may be required.
  2. A photograph or selfie showing the user holding the same identification document.
  3. A recent bank statement or utility bill confirming the user’s residential address.
